Jean Muschel completed all his studies at the Faculty of Law in Strasbourg and became a partner at the Muschel & Metzger Association on March 1, 1976. He is a former member of the Bar Council.

Jean Muschel practiced in commercial and corporate law (drafting articles of association and shareholders’ agreements, contract drafting, insolvency proceedings, advising and defending companies in disputes, business transfers, competition law, companies in financial difficulty, etc.), in family law (divorce, inheritance, division of assets, alimony, civil liability, etc.), as well as in labor law (dismissals, disputes relating to the performance or modification of employment contracts, advice and representation before the Employment Tribunal, drafting employment contracts, etc.) and in banking law.

Jean Muschel is fluent in French, German, and English.
